I caught myself doing this just last week, so know that you're not alone! It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking you don't have time, but that's simply a thought error.

 

Time doesn't just magically appear in our schedules; we don't randomly "find" more of it.

We have to be intentional with our time and create space for the things that are important to us, rather than trying to squeeze it into the cracks in our lives.
