Rescheduling and Termination Policy
If for any reason you wish to end your coaching relationship, please contact Coach in writing via e-mail. Coaching will terminate 30 days from the date of your cancellation. Any future payments and sessions beyond the 30 day mark will be terminated. Client will receive a refund for the unused portion of the package, in the same form in which the payment was made.
Coach may terminate this Coaching agreement at any time after two weeks written notice. In the event of the Coach’s termination, Client will receive a refund for the unused portion of the package, in the same form in which the payment was made. Otherwise, the Coaching will continue for the duration of the contracted period.
A 24 business hour (1 business day) cancellation/rescheduling notice is required for all scheduled sessions. Cancellation/reschedule requests made less than 24 business hours (1 business day) (Monday-Friday) prior to your scheduled session due to an emergency will be granted on a case by case basis, as deemed appropriate by Coach. If Client is a no-show to a scheduled call, the coaching session will be forfeited. If Coach must reschedule the session last minute due to an emergency, the missed session will be rescheduled at no charge to the Client.
If prior to the 24 business hour rescheduling policy, only a maximum of 6 sessions can be added to the end of the original coaching package. This means that all 24 sessions of the package must be used within a maximum of 30 weeks from the date of the first session, unless otherwise agreed upon with Coach.
