I remember burying snack wrappers in the trash, hoping no one else would see them and know how much I’d eaten the night before.
I remember when given the choice between ice cream on the couch and sex with my partner, I’d always opt for the ice cream. Not because the sex was bad, but because it was so much easier to get my joy and pleasure from food.

I was soooo good during the day eating salads, vegetables, and grilled chicken...
